Introducing the Specialized Training Center for the Road Construction Machinery Industry

Due to the development and increasing number of construction projects in the country, training human resources and technical staff is of particular importance. For this purpose, Tiraj Construction Company and Tirajeh Machine Company have established and launched a specialized training center for the road construction machinery industry in Mashhad in cooperation with the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of the country since 2005. It has a capacity of 320 students, 1,500 square meters of classroom space, and 3,000 square meters of practical and workshop sheds.

The Specialized Training Center for the Road Construction Machinery Industry organizes long-term and short-term training courses in accordance with the standards of the country's Technical and Vocational Organization, with high educational capacity, and trains a large number of applicants from all over the country and even Middle Eastern countries every year.

In addition to their extensive experience in teaching specialized industrial courses, the instructors of this center are also engaged in teaching in academic institutions and have close ties with the industry, which means they have sufficient expertise and experience in training factory personnel. This has led to various industries using the short-term training courses with complete satisfaction.

After completing long-term courses, trainees participate in a coordinated exam held by the Technical and Vocational Organization, and after earning a passing score in the theoretical and practical exam, they receive a technical and vocational skills certificate, which is an international certificate.

According to employment tracking that takes place after the end of each long-term training course, 95 percent of trainees have been employed in various sectors of the industry, both domestically and internationally, in accordance with the profession they have been trained in. The high employment rate of trainees at this center is indicative of the center's high capability in training the industrial workforce, and it is hoped that this growing trend will continue in the future.
