Tirajeh Machine Company’s factory, covering an area of approximately eight and a half hectares in Semnan city in central Iran, is responsible for assembling and manufacturing the company’s machinery and includes operational and production departments, inspection units, technical and parts warehouses, engineering and R&D departments, and after-sales services.
Welding
Advanced robotic welding in accordance with ISO 3834 standards used in precision welding of chassis, buckets, and major machine components for automatic process control to minimize human error.
Parts manufacturing
Three-axis double-sided boring machine for precision drilling, heavy rolling machine and CNC press for high-precision sheet bending, automatic CNC drilling and tapping machines, and classic milling and laser for cutting.
Assembly
It includes the final assembly of the chassis, body, and engine parts along with complete performance tests of the machinery.
Shot blasting and painting
It has 16 turbines with special technologies for stress relief, rust removal, adhesion improvement and surface preparation of parts before painting, to improve quality. Uniform and durable painting in the ovens.
