• Conditions for obtaining a guarantee and product warranty (commitment):
• The device must be delivered only by experts from Tirajeh Machine Company, while providing the necessary training to the operator, otherwise the device will not be covered by the warranty.
• The device will be covered by a warranty for one year (12 months) or 1500 hours of operation (whichever comes first) from the date of delivery. This warranty will be valid in the event of any possible defect due to the quality of the parts or the manufacture of the product.
• In the event of any warranty damage, all related costs, including repair services (labor) and spare parts, are the responsibility of Tirajeh Machine Company. Also, the cost of consumables (fluids, etc.) and defective consumable and wear parts resulting from warranty damage, as determined by Tirajeh Machine Company's technical expert, is the responsibility of this company.
• The Machine Distribution Company undertakes to repair or replace defective parts under warranty to eliminate the technical defect at its discretion. The Machine Distribution Company's opinion in this regard is final and binding.

Note 1: Defective (hot) parts replaced during the warranty period that are covered by the warranty belong to the Machine Circulation Company and their delivery to this company is mandatory.

• The product warranty period includes the provision of all spare parts as well as repair services for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery of the device.
• All services provided and parts replaced during the warranty period are guaranteed for 6 months or 500 hours of operation of the device (whichever comes first). This is valid only until the end of the warranty period of the device.
• This warranty covers the repair of the device and related equipment or any part resulting from damage resulting from a breakdown due to a technical defect and subject to warranty conditions. The opinion of the technical expert of the after-sales service unit of Tirajeh Machine Company is final in this regard.

Note 2: The customer is responsible for providing various fluids (oil, antifreeze, etc.) along with other consumable parts such as filters for periodic services.

• In the event of any damage covered by the warranty, the costs related to loading, transportation, installation, and commissioning, as approved by the Tirajeh Machine Company expert, and solely for the purpose of moving and transferring the defective device or equipment to repair shops or any other location approved by this company, will be covered by this warranty.
